Production Capacity

Today, our Taloja synthetic latex plant has a swing capacity of 100,000 MT p.a. (wet) and 10,000 MT HSR p.a. (dry)

The Valia rubber plant produces NBR/NVC/ powder 21,000 MT p.a. up from 16000 MT in 2016.

Our Carboxylated Nitrile Latex production for gloves application is currently at 50,000 MT p.a. (wet). We plan to expand to 80,000 MT p.a. (wet) in the next phase.

Apart from that, Apcotex is also the sole manufacturer of all of India's NBR, HSR and X-NBR latexes currently in India.
