Uv Water Treatment Systems

UV Water Treatment Systems is the process of treatment of water by passing ultra violet light for few seconds through contaminated water. The type of water treatment plant (UV Plants) is only effective on living microorganisms like bacteria, viruses while non-effective on lead, arsenic, organic and non-organic substances.

Hence UV plants would only remove living particles while having no effect on other contaminants of water. Generally, UV Water Treatment Plant is used in a water treatment system as an end stage unit in combination with other treatment system like RO unit, activated carbon. While UV takes care of living contaminants while other units removes other impurities and hence produce potable water which is free form mostly all contaminants.
