Our Electronic Weighbridge with steel decks offer higher strength, greater reliability and faster installation than conventional systems. Their simple foundations, fast, bolt-down sitting and innovative box construction have made them the preferred choice of operators across the country. You can choose either a Surface Mounted or a Pit Mounted TRUCK SCALE depending on the space availability. The platform of the truck scale is designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions.

These weighbridges are installed in a pit, keeping them flush to the road surface. Because these bridges do not require ramps, they take up less surface area, making them ideal for smaller areas or sites where space is at a premium. Initial civil and foundation work can make pit installations a more expensive option. A pit is also prone to piling of debris and water logging, requiring provision of sump-pumps and manholes for maintenance purposes. Guide-rails are not required for pit mounted bridges.

Multiple deck electronic weighbridge are really a variation of a design, rather than another weigh bridges type. for example, multi deck weighbridges may be an above ground, a semi-pit, or a fully in ground design. The number and length of the decks very according to your requirements. Decks need not be of the same length.

Bulk Loading Weighbridge

We have supplied various Bulk Loading systems and Spouts for Cement ,sand and other Bulk materials. We are incorporating the concept of Loss in Weight Calculation in Bulk filling. It means that wherever there is no facility of weighbridge or Solid Flow Meters, our Programmable system fills the material as per the Target Value. For Example, if there is a collecting bin of capacity of 30 Tonnes, we can fill a Bulker of 12 Tonnes, 10 Tonnes and 08 Tonnes after each filling of Bin. Once the Bin is empty, it again fills the material for further dispensing. These systems are most accurate and efficient for Bulk filling.
