Steel Weighbridge offers many advantages over other types of weighbridge. The type of electronic weighbridge to be constructed would depend upon the site and application. We offer full steel weighbridge for different types of sites and application.

For this type of weighbridge, steel platforms are fabricated at factory as per the size, specification and capacity requirement of the customer and once ready it is sent to the customer site, where assembling of the platform is done over the foundation.

Full steel weighbridges are of two types:

• Fully Steel Pit type Weighbridge
• Full Steel pitless type Weighbridge.

Mobile weigh bridge needs no foundation, just smooth hard surface on which the ready to use pre fabricated steel bottom structure frame with digital/analog load cell plates are placed. Mobile Weighbridge saves lot of cost and time.

Pitless type of weighbridge is most suitable where the construction of pit is costly or is not possible or difficult. In this type of weigh bridge structure is above the ground level. Ramps are provides on two sides of the platform and vehicles can approach the weighbridge only from these two directions where the ramps are constructed. This type of weighbridge requires more space since ramps are constructed on two sides.

Concrete type of weighbridge is pit type weighbridge only and is most suitable for places where there is limitation of space or construction of pit is not costly. In this type of weigh bridge platform is in level with the ground. Vehicles can approach the weighbridge from any direction. The platform is made of concrete which ensures longer life and zero maintenance and platform casting is done at site only.

The composite type of weighbridge is of pitiless weighbridge only and is most suitable for sites where the excavation work for foundation is not easy or construction of pit is costly. Since the weighbridge structure is above the ground level, vehicles can approach the weighbridge only from two directions where the ramps are installed.
