Pitless Composite Weighbridge

The composite type of weighbridge is of pitiless weighbridge only and is most suitable for sites where the excavation work for foundation is not easy or construction of pit is costly. Since the weighbridge structure is above the ground level, vehicles can approach the weighbridge only from two directions where the ramps are installed.

This type of weighbridge requires more space because of ramps on both sides. Its platform is made of steel and concrete for longer life with zero maintenance and the concrete platform casting is done at site. The main girders & end channels are made of steel and fabricated, leveled & assembled in our factory after taking size and other specifications from the site. These are then sent to site where a concrete slab is casted between these main girders.
