Natural Rubber Sheets

Natural Rubber Sheets can operate under extreme weather conditions, resistant to many acids, alkalis and salts, resistant to abrasion, wear, has low compression set and high resilience

Colors: Black, white, beige, custom

Heat Resistant: Max. Continuous -75^o C, Max. intermittent: 105^o C

Tensile Strength: Up to 200 kg /cm sq.

Elongation Strength: Up to 800 %

Usage: skirt-board sheets, bridge bearing pads, shot blasting sheets, Chute Lining, High Tensile Tan Gum sheets and commercial sheets with & without cotton insertion

Advantages of Natural Rubber Sheets

Natural Rubber or NR has excellent mechanical properties, low compression set and high resilience.
It can withstand extreme weather conditions. The operating temperature range is from -50^o C to + 90^o C.
It offers high resistance to cut, tear and abrasion etc. which makes it durable.
NR also has excellent electrical properties.
Natural rubber sheets also offer resistance to many acids, alkalis and salts.
NR can be compounded with SBR Rubber to increase the temperature resistance of natural rubber sheet.
It also has excellent dynamic and rebound properties.
