Load Cells

A load cell is a transducers which converts force into a measurable electrical output. Although there are many varieties of load cells, strain age based load cells are the most commonly used type.

We offer various types of Load cells including Compression Load Cell, Shear Beam Load Cell, Double Ended Shear Beam ( With Cup-Ball Mechanism), Double Ended Shear Beam Assembly, Rocker Column Load Cell among others.

Shear Beam Load Cell

The suspension designs allows the platform to swing. It absorbs the lateral and transverses loads which are generated by a moving vehicles on the platform. This generates better accuracy and reliability in weighing and also protects the load cell from the mechanical damages.

Compression Load Cell

Our suspension designs incorporates a unique self aligning three ball assembly. These assembly protects the load cells against horizontal forces which are generated when the vehicles loads on the platform.
