Thermoplastic Rubber Compounds
Product Name: VEEPREENE
TPR is a polymer blend or compound, which has a characteristic of rubber because of which it can be molded in different shapes of different application in the prescribed range of temperature and other processing parameters. TPR compound can be repeatedly be softened by heat then again hardened, or set by cooling, which allows parts to be injection molded and scrap can be further reprocessed. |

Storage
The Shelf life of the TPR Compounds depend on the moisture absorption characteristics of the polymer used or the packaging and storage conditions. The TPR compounding material should be sealed packed properly in polyethylene bags and stored in the Dark storage, away from direct Sunlight.Process ability
The technologies that are primarily used for "VEEPRENE" processing are Injection molding and Extrusions. For injection molding it is recommended to use Standard screws with processing temperatures from 140 deg C to 160 Deg C in the last Zone. Mold temperature is to be kept within the 20-40 deg C range and proper air vents should be provided. Shrinkage ranges from 0.4 to- 0.5 % depending on the gradesPackaging
